精(jing)(jing)拔(ba)無(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼管(guan)是(shi)一種通過精(jing)(jing)拔(ba)或冷軋處理后的一種高(gao)精(jing)(jing)密(mi)的鋼管(guan)材(cai)料。由于精(jing)(jing)拔(ba)無(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼管(guan)內外(wai)壁無(wu)氧化層、承受高(gao)壓(ya)無(wu)泄漏、高(gao)精(jing)(jing)度(du)、高(gao)光潔度(du)、冷彎(wan)不變形、擴口、壓(ya)扁無(wu)裂縫(feng)(feng)等有點,主要用(yong)來生產(chan)氣(qi)動(dong)或液(ye)壓(ya) 元件的產(chan)品(pin),如(ru)氣(qi)缸(gang)(gang)或油(you)缸(gang)(gang),可(ke)以是(shi)無(wu)縫(feng)(feng)管(guan),也有焊接(jie)管(guan)。

精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)拔(ba)(ba)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)鋼管低(di)(di)溫(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)脆(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing) 合(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)鋼淬火(huo)(huo)得(de)到馬氏體(ti)(ti)(ti)組織(zhi)后,在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)250~400℃溫(wen)度范圍回(hui)火(huo)(huo)使鋼脆(cui)(cui)化,其韌性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)一脆(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)轉(zhuan)化溫(wen)度明顯升高。已脆(cui)(cui)化的精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)拔(ba)(ba)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)鋼管不(bu)(bu)能再用低(di)(di)溫(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)加熱(re)的方(fang)法消除(chu),故又稱(cheng)為(wei)%26ldquo;不(bu)(bu)可逆回(hui)火(huo)(huo)脆(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)%26rdquo;。精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)拔(ba)(ba)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)鋼管主(zhu)要發(fa)生(sheng)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)合(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)結構(gou)鋼和(he)低(di)(di)合(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)超高強度精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)拔(ba)(ba)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)鋼管等鋼種。已脆(cui)(cui)化精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)拔(ba)(ba)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)鋼管的斷口(kou)是沿(yan)晶(jing)斷口(kou)或是沿(yan)晶(jing)和(he)準解理混合(he)(he)斷口(kou)。產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)低(di)(di)溫(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)脆(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的原(yuan)因,普(pu)遍認(ren)為(wei):(1)與滲(shen)碳(tan)體(ti)(ti)(ti)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)低(di)(di)溫(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)時以薄片狀在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)原(yuan)奧(ao)氏體(ti)(ti)(ti)晶(jing)界(jie)析出,造(zao)成(cheng)晶(jing)界(jie)脆(cui)(cui)化密(mi)切相關。(2)雜質元素磷(lin)等在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)原(yuan)奧(ao)氏體(ti)(ti)(ti)晶(jing)界(jie)偏(pian)聚也是造(zao)成(cheng)低(di)(di)溫(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)脆(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)原(yuan)因之一。含磷(lin)低(di)(di)于0.005%的高純(chun)度精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)拔(ba)(ba)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)鋼管并不(bu)(bu)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)低(di)(di)溫(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)脆(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)。磷(lin)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)火(huo)(huo)加熱(re)時發(fa)生(sheng)奧(ao)氏體(ti)(ti)(ti)晶(jing)界(jie)偏(pian)聚,淬火(huo)(huo)后保(bao)留下來。磷(lin)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)原(yuan)奧(ao)氏體(ti)(ti)(ti)晶(jing)界(jie)偏(pian)聚和(he)滲(shen)碳(tan)體(ti)(ti)(ti)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)時在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)原(yuan)奧(ao)氏體(ti)(ti)(ti)晶(jing)界(jie)析出,這兩(liang)個因素造(zao)成(cheng)沿(yan)晶(jing)脆(cui)(cui)斷,促(cu)成(cheng)了精(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)拔(ba)(ba)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)鋼管低(di)(di)溫(wen)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)脆(cui)(cui)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的發(fa)生(sheng)。
精拔無縫(feng)鋼(gang)管中合金元素(su)對低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火(huo)脆性(xing)(xing)產生(sheng)較大的影響。鉻和錳促進雜質元素(su)磷等在奧(ao)氏(shi)體晶(jing)界偏聚,從而促進低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火(huo)脆性(xing)(xing),鎢和釩基本(ben)上沒有(you)影響,鉬降低(di)(di)低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火(huo)精拔無縫(feng)鋼(gang)管的韌性(xing)(xing)一(yi)脆性(xing)(xing)轉化溫(wen)(wen)度,但(dan)尚不(bu)足以抑(yi)制低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火(huo)脆性(xing)(xing)。硅能推遲(chi)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火(huo)時滲碳體析出,提高(gao)其生(sheng)成溫(wen)(wen)度,故可提高(gao)精拔無縫(feng)鋼(gang)管低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)回(hui)(hui)(hui)火(huo)脆性(xing)(xing)發生(sheng)的溫(wen)(wen)度。
